We only offer refunds on products that are defective or damaged.
The first step is to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed return/exchange request.
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it in.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 days for processing.
We are happy to offer an exchange of colours/styles at the same (or greater value) but the customer will need to cover all additional shipping costs.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Although it doesn't happen often, items do occasionally go missing or get damaged in the mail.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. We do not offer exchanges on sale items.
$9.90 flat rate shipping within Australia, and free delivery for purchases over $250 in the Melbourne metro area. Normal international postage rates apply. Please contact us for a quote.
